In the middle of summer, the production and operation work of Yangfan Company is in full swing, and the "single row tooth rake head" of the rake suction dredger customized by Yangfan Company for customers has been shipped to the shipyard for installation.
The production of the rake head from the preparation of technical drawings, to the CNC undercutting of steel structural parts, rake head assembly, mechanical moving parts machining, on-site boring, wear-resistant steel sleeve liquid nitrogen cold assembly, rake head surface treatment and coating anti-corrosion engineering are all completed by Yangfan Company independently, and the quality inspection of the whole construction process is in line with the requirements of the ISO9000 quality management system.
After the product was delivered to the shipowner, it won unanimous praise from the shipyard project manager and the shipyard maintenance manager, creating a new milestone for the company's equipment manufacturing sector.
